Liquid NanoTint For Denver Spaces

Did you know that a huge amount of commercial and residential buildings in the US still have single pane windows? That means that hundreds of dollars in energy costs go almost literally out the window every year. Adding window tint or replacing single pane windows with double or triple pane windows can be an expensive fix. At Denver Window Film, we’ve got a less expensive and more effective option for your window insulating needs! Presenting Drywired Liquid Nanotint for your Denver property!

Drywired Liquid NanoTint for Denver Commercial Buildings

NanoTint is a self-leveling liquid that is applied to windows much like paint to a wall. It is an insulating layer and was designed to conserve energy and increase indoor comfort while still allowing for natural light to brighten up a space. NanoTint provides the same benefits than it’s more well-known counterpart, window film, but at a lower cost.

  • They both block 100% of Ultraviolet (UV) rays.
  • They both block up to 95% of Infrared (IR) rays.
  • They both maintain 78% Visible Light Transmittance

Where window films and NanoTint differ is in the application. NanoTint is painted on so it can be applied to windows that a traditional film cannot. Curved windows, historical buildings with original glass or textured glass surfaces can’t be covered with window film but can have NanoTint applied. Once it’s been put on the glass, it won’t bubble, peel, crack or fade for at least 10 years!

Liquid NanoTint Leads to Year-Round Savings

Unlike many other window treatments, NanoTint is not just a product to darken the interior of a building. It is an insulation layer and provides temperature regulation without losing natural light. You’ll save hundreds of dollars each year by applying this to your windows. It fully coats the glass which means your building is warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer and the occupants are more comfortable all year round.
